Your tender documents are commercially sensitive. Here is where we stand.

| Will our data be kept separate from other companies'? | That's how we're building MERT AI: each company's tenders are kept separate and never pooled with anyone else's. |
| Will you pool or compare our data with other companies'? | No. Never pooled or compared across companies. Any exception would need your written agreement. |
| Where is AI reading done? | MERT sends document text to a third-party AI provider, with processing restricted to the US. The provider keeps it for up to 30 days under its standard terms. Today AI reading runs only on made-up and public tender packs. |
| Are you certified? | No. We hold no security certifications today. |
| Has it been independently tested? | Not yet. No client data goes onto our hosted system until an independent security test has passed. We'll say when it has. |
| What terms cover our data? | Before any trial you'll get our data terms in writing. |
| Who is accountable for output? | You. MERT drafts; you review and send. |
| Is this legal advice? | No. MERT supports commercial review. |
